The Fin 30 policy is easy peasy. For 30 days after receiving your Redfin Polarized Sunglasses you may return for a full Refund or Exchange for a better fitting style. Free shipping until you find the right fit.

Please email hello@redfinpolarized.com, from the email address associated with your account, with a confirmed shipping address, the style/colorway wanted (if requesting an exchange), and your preference for the Return or Exchange. If your sunglasses were damaged upon arrival, please include a photo of the damage to initiate a warranty claim.

Refund Policy

Redfin Polarized® Sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects.

Misuse and abuse or running over with a side by side does not constitute a manufacturer defect. See One-Time Replacement (Below)

Broken or Scratched Lenses...

Redfin Polarized®, LLC warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. While the Lenses by Zeiss® are amazing and come with superior coatings to protect them from scratches, they must be cared for like a clear coat on a new sports car.

If you have damaged a pair of Redfin Polarized® Sunglasses and want assistance, email us a photo of the damaged pair and order number. We may offer a discount on a 1 time new replacement pair (Within 1 year of purchase) See One-Time Replacement (Below)

One-Time Replacement

We want you to be comfortable taking your shades to go and play! Should any accidental damage or loss happen, register your shades here and shoot us a note. Easy one time replacement for a flat fee of $109. Offered one time per pair purchased after registering product. (See Below)
